Jimmy Carter, also from the same state where this attack occurred, spoke of racism being at the heart of the attacks on President Obama. This is known but denied and cases like this only brings to the fore what is real and what some people are trying to believe. Reminds me of the woman in NJ who made some statement about Obama and had a bucket of KFC and watermelon. When asked if what she’s doing is racist, despite it being know that those were unflattering representations of African Americans. She said. “I’m not racist”.
